Training

As part of our services, we offer training, which is aimed to be both thought provoking and practical, for experienced and less-experienced real estate professionals and for those who rely upon real estate professionals’ views e.g. board directors. Training can be tailored to suit a business’ particular requirement.

Often unorthodox, our training aims to introduce concepts that may not be known and to debunk some that are well known, along with increasing self-awareness and the role of group dynamics in decision making. Attendees should leave with a set of tools to help them think more clearly about real estate investment, risk and decision making and to put in place processes to make better investment decisions. We don’t offer traditional training in real estate investment, nor do we run courses in financial modelling; our courses are an antidote to these.

Russell has run numerous training days across Europe and Asia for real estate senior managers, fund managers and transaction staff. Vicki has helped run a number of training days for industry professionals. Both Russell and Vicki bring their experience as both academics and practitioners to help think about simple approaches to complex issues.

We run in-house bespoke training days as well as courses.
